This week marked the end of our exciting Sales Immersion training, and overall end to our program training. Exploring the East and West territories of the United States with motivating Territory Business Managers on the Foodservice side, and shadowing Excel savvy Business Development Managers on the corresponding Consumer Products side has been an experience for the books! All of the trainees regrouped in Pittsburgh to present our Report-Outs to our fellow Territory Business Managers, Regional Managers, and Sales Leadership teams. Following the presentations was a jam-packed day of office and systems training for our future roles in the field. After a hectic, yet exciting preparation period, the time was here to begin our new journey as working professionals for The Kraft Heinz Company!
Two of the trainees packed their belongings and hauled cross- country to work in San Ramon, California as Sales Analysts. Three other lovely trainees look forward to starting their career in Bentonville, Arkansas; while two trainees cannot wait to get started in their roles in Cincinnati, Ohio where they will be working as Sales Analysts. The final three trainees chose to begin their journey as Territory Business Managers. Their territories are Northern California, Chicago, and Metro New York. The possibilities are endless, and we cannot wait to show the teams what we’re made of!
