The Sales Management Trainee Program has provided us with two very different career paths. While the majority of trainees enter into roles as Sales Analysts, the remaining trainees enter as Territory Business Managers.
As a Territory Business Manager (TBM), you have full ownership and responsibility for an assigned territory within your region. You act as a key account executive for each distributor you service. TBMs are constantly traveling from operator to operator in order to satisfy consumers’ needs and generate profitable sales for the company. You are truly managing your own business – from identifying new opportunities and creating proposals to building existing relationships, and growing your own sales pipeline. This role requires a great deal of accountability.
With the merger of the new Kraft Heinz Company, the Kraft Heinz Company is now the third-largest food and beverage company in North America and the fifth-largest food and beverage company in the world.As a result, our portfolio has greatly expanded from condiments, soups, sauces, etc. to include beverages, dairy products, meats and so much more. We are excited about the new products within our portfolio because they offer even more solutions for our customers!
