All of us have been in roles for some time now, and the cohort collectively is moving forward efficiently. It’s food show season for the Territory Business Managers of the regions, which means a great full day of food and beverage. The shows allow us to connect with our customers and introduce new products, as well as with surrounding companies and distributors. Through this we are able to create and maintain existing relationships with customers. As for the Customer Business Unit Analysts in the cohort, they are busy learning the different database systems of the newly merged company. Many of their day-to-day activities involve assimilating the broad product line into one database to increase the access of use. Many of the Analysts in the group are becoming specialists in their own way, purely based off of the systems they are learning individually. The end of the year is approaching, and each of us is looking forward to all the opportunities in the New Year.
