Hi! I am a Sales Management Trainee on one of our accounts in the Minneapolis, MN office. I have thoroughly enjoyed the first month of training and getting to know everyone at both headquarters and here in Minneapolis. During my first two days in the field sales office, my manager arranged one-on-one meetings with everyone on the account team. Getting to know everyone on my team, and their role, really helped me get acclimated and feel very welcomed.
Recently, I have been going out to store visits with the team to gain a better understanding of their role in getting Kraft Heinz products onto the shelves. I have assisted them with store walks, looking for new opportunities, category resets, and auditing stores. All of these skills will give me a base knowledge of what it takes to be a successful salesperson at the store level and also directly assist me in my project for the company.
