It’s hard to believe that our third and final week of training in the Aon center has just come to a close. It flew by. Over the past three weeks I have learned more about Kraft Heinz than I thought possible. This final week was one of my favorites.
On Monday afternoon, the eleven members of our business development trainee program had the opportunity to do The Escape Room Challenge. It was a fun event filled with teamwork and laughter. As we put our heads together to decode various clues while avoiding a zombie, we were able to successfully escape the room.
The following day we dove deep into Project Lego. The day was led by one of our very own cohort members, Adam Clay. Adam did a fantastic job organizing a fun and informative day. We did a store walk through and heard from all of the team members to get a well-rounded understanding of what Project Lego is all about.
Our final day was spent in a full day negotiations training. This was one of my favorite days in the program. After going through training on how to negotiate effectively, we got the chance to put our new knowledge to the test. There’s nothing wrong with a little friendly competition!
Overall, I had an amazing time getting to know the ten other members of my cohort and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things we accomplish in our new roles!
